All made with non-GMO, un-bleached, un-bromated King Arthur's Flour.
A recipe we created with 3 different types of ferments (1/3 sourdough) that are mixed together and fermented for 24 hours. The resulting flavor is a less sour than sourdough but more complex than an only yeasted bread.
You can freeze what you won't eat within a few days and reheat in the oven, air fryer, or toaster straight from frozen. If the bread sits out on the counter for too long and gets hard, wet with water and then reheat.

A soft and buttery brioche-style bread made with Happy Cow Creamery (Pelzer, SC) butter and milk in the dough. Each heavenly swirl of tender dough is generously filled with layers of our handmade butter cinnamon spice filling, creating a tasty treat that’s sure to delight with every bite. Drizzled with either honey or cane syrup (sourced from small farms in South Carolina).

A soft and buttery brioche-style bread made with Happy Cow Creamery (Pelzer, SC) butter and milk in the dough. The dough is very similar to a cinnamon roll dough, but this rich buttery dough is swirled with luscious chocolate to create a mouthwatering delight that’s perfect for any occasion.
You can freeze what you won't eat within a few days and unthaw later for eating. Babka that has dried on counter makes great french toast (just pan fry with butter for easy French toast).
